Credit Card Payment: Your card is debited by ANZ Bank at the time of processing the purchase. After reviewing order details, you may opt to proceed to payment. You will then be linked to ANZ Bank. After entering your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard only), you will receive a message from ANZ Bank as to the success or failure of their transaction as conveyed to the www.edify.co.nz website.
Edify does not have access to card details unless a customer calls Customer Services and asks a member of staff to complete an order on their behalf. In this case the customer's card details will be entered onto the system by Customer Services, but the information is not stored by Edify.
Data is encrypted for the customer's safety. Edify cannot be held responsible for a security failure originated with SecurePay or other suppliers.
Account Payment: If you are placing an order on behalf of an educational institution or business, you have the choice to pay by credit card or on account.
Goods and Service Tax (GST): All transactions include GST.
Your Receipt: All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars. Your receipt will document all product and applicable delivery charges. For individual customers it will state that you have pre-paid your order by credit card. Payment on invoice, from Account Customers, is due on the 20th of the following month.
Out of Stock Items: If a product is currently unavailable an estimated delivery date will be listed on the product’s website page. Note: If you choose to pre-order an out of stock item your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Our delivery charges are available on the Checkout Page. New Zealand orders are dispatched by our distributor, Publishers Distribution Ltd, using Castle Parcels delivery service. Orders to Australia are sent via NZ Post.
We currently accept online orders from customers within New Zealand or Australia. If you are residing elsewhere please contact Customer Services for purchase and shipping options.
Refunds are only offered for misbound or faulty print products returned within 14 days. Please email us at email@example.com or freephone 0508 332 665 within that time so we can resolve any problems.
Digital products, including eBooks and Access Codes, are sold on firm sale and cannot be returned.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
If the product being returned is faulty, and the Consumer Guarantee Act applies, Edify will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under The Consumer Guarantees Act.
All order information placed through the website resides on a secure SSL server. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
